• Preparation of feasibility studies in terms of the logistics inputs for major projects
• Logistics planning, route surveys and evaluations
• Advising in the design stage of plant and equipment with a view to optimising on shipping and cost efficiencies including modularisation
• Advising on Customs formalities and available concession and preparing submissions for Project Status and reduced rates of duty

• Implementation of the agreed Project Logistics Plan
• Expediting of client orders and providing status reports on all orders - including exception reports
• Collection of cargo ex suppliers and containerisation and unitisation as required
• Specialised packing and transport of over dimensional and overweight cargoes
• International air and seafreight movements and management—including heavy lift
• Completion of all export documentation in the country of origin - be it Australia, New Zealand or overseas
• Customs clearance and delivery if required in the country of destination or the project site
